Will I have access to internet between army basic training and AIT or after AIT? - army laptop 2010

Hello, I'm a big football fan and I really want to have a chance to promote the United States during the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. that in early June and ends in July. Say, for ships at the beginning of April, and I prepare for 9 weeks of ground and a break for a week for the ACI. or that the World Cup starts during my AIT. I will be able to see, to see the games live over the Internet or at least check websites to see how it went? I have a laptop with Wi-Fi, but I think, take it Ain'ta good idea, myself.
